The double-bearing worm shaft ensures a highly precise dewatering process. Due to the upstream bearing, the absorption of the shaft forces is moved in front of the gearing mechanism. Consequently, none of the radial and axial forces are exerted against the gearing mechanism, leading to a significantly longer service life.

Thanks to the manually swivelling KOM+PRESS screen heads, a screen change can be performed by a single person without removing the basket, ensuring the quick and easy replacement of screens and wearing parts.
